This course focuses on theoretical approaches to human learning and explores factors that influence the learning process, including developmental issues, motivational levels, and cultural/linguistic background. Theoretical models for instructional and curricular design are discussed for general as well as special education students. Emphasis is placed on applying learning and instructional approaches to children of different ages and backgrounds.
