Management of Teaching and Learning for Administrators

This course will include an analysis of teaching strategies and of the learning patterns of individual students. A review of the research will be followed by practical applications in the classroom. Assessment instruments, observation forms, and counseling techniques designed for the improvement of instruction and staff development will be studied and evaluated. Teaching and learning style models will be emphasized. Applications for future administrators will be covered. Instructional environments, teaching strategies, learning materials, homework patterns, and classroom management techniques will be described and implemented.
