Lab in Self Awareness

Taken concurrently with ECPCE 700, this experiential course develops listening, feedback, and communication skills through guided exercises and readings. The small group experience is used to explore and enhance self-awareness of intrapersonal and interpersonal dynamics through a variety of psychological, social and professional perspectives. It is the basis for the personal and professional development expected of the counselor-in- training. Graded on a Pass/Fail basis only.
