Welcome to the Art Department at Queens College—home to programs in Art History, Design, Studio Art and Social Practice. Our programming equips students to meet creative challenges of the 21st century through creative exploration, rigorous​ coursework, and exposure to a wide array of practices. Whether your interests lay in academic pursuits, honing traditional techniques, or exploring new frontiers, we offer many areas of study for both undergraduate & graduate students.​
Our undergraduate degrees include Studio Art (BA/BFA), Art History (BA), Art Education (BA), Design (BFA), and Photography & Imaging (BFA).
Our graduate degrees include Studio Art (MFA), Art History (MA) and Social Practice (MFA/Post-Baccalaureate Certificate)
