Training teachers to use instructional techniques that foster students' cognitive skills in asking and answering application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation questions. Applications of cognitive theories through workshop participation with problem-solving and application of selected questioning strategies. Examination of the current literature concerning contemporary practice in questioning techniques.
