MLS-MA Capstone Research Project

Required of all MLS/MA students. Taken at the end of MLS/MA coursework, designed for MLS/MA students completing research projects (approximately 70 pages in length). Students may write a historical research paper, or examine a subject specific to Library Science. Students will build on their knowledge of basic historical research skills, especially primary-source analysis, archival research methodologies, and historiography, and they will apply these skills towards the revision and completion of their capstone research projects.
