Description

Elective course in the Family and Community Studies and Education for Diverse Populations Specialties. Explores the origins and causes of conflict and various styles of conflict management. Conflicts between parents and teachers, teachers and administrators, students and their peers are considered. Students apply problem-solving models to multicultural school settings not included in this program.
