Educational Linguistics and Psycholinguistics

Elective course in the Language and Literacy and Education for Diverse Populations Specialties. Required course in Bilingual Extension. Designed for bilingual teachers, this course concentrates on theoretical approaches to the study of the second language learning process in a bilingual classroom. Students explore aspects of second language acquisition as well as those factors involved in individual variations in achievements of students learning a new language attending bilingual programs.
