Seminar in Research in Mathematics Education II

This course further develops the action research proposal begun in SEYS 775, resulting in a research project. Qualitative and Quantitative methods of research in mathematics education will be discussed and enacted. We will continue to examine how research influences classroom practice, and how practice influences research. Classroom practice will be discussed in relation to research on the teaching and learning of mathematics.
