Curriculum and Instruction in World Language Education

Description

The course examines advanced elements and/or issues of world language pedagogy and curriculum design. Students enrolled in this course will design a series of exemplars representing at least three levels of articulated curriculum, assessment, and instruction across a variety of interdisciplinary themes. These are presented at the end of the course for peer review. Students also prepare a professional learning module, suitable to share with colleagues at a department meeting or conference.
