Initial Clinical Experience in Mathematics

100–150 hr. at a secondary school. This initial clinical experience is designed to provide graduates in the mathematics secondary education program with school-based classroom experiences that prepare them to effectively teach students at the secondary school level. Students are placed at a secondary school setting under the guidance of a school-based teacher and a college-based supervisor.
